Cassadine went above and beyond when we signed up for service! He was extreamly knowledgeable and super friendly and so easy to talk to! You walk out of the store feeling like family. Their customer service is amazing! Go talk to Cassadine he will hook u up! Thank u for making the transition from iwireless absolutely painless. You are awesome!!

The girl named Hope that works here is rude and down right nasty! Not friendly or helpful AT ALL!!!! Vey disappointed in my visit!
Had to wait almost an hour to get any help. My name was first on the waiting list and they helped 2 people walking in the door before me. A rep just starting her shift was the one who helped me. Took less time to pick a phone, activate, and do all paperwork than it did to sit and wait to be helped.
Service is terrible. Not very friendly, very rude. Had to wait almost an hour to get any help.
