Why do you have to sign a roster and wait for someone yo stop walking around the store just to purchase something. Don't need service. Just a small accessory. That's why I usually use amazon
I'm with AT&T. I saw the add on television went in to see if I could get a better deal, and guess what? I was shocked. I was told I should have read the the little lines you know the ones you can not even see at the bottom. What a joke and wast of time. AT&T is still a better deal.
I agree they need to give discounts to customers that have been with them. I have been with them for 15 years or so and never late on payments but no appreciation.
They should offer current customers the great deals they are using to try and get new customers!!!
