Got no real issue with US Cellular, just the store in Bartlesville Oklahoma! But I’m just one of many with the same opinion.

RecommendedI’ve been in 4 different us cellular stores and have not received any real help. Today I went in to try again and Deion waited on me and it was a great experience! He took the time to listen to me made a simple call and my issue was solved.
Not enough techs to handle the amount of customers But went pretty quickly

I loved how I was taken care of at the Bartlesville office , BUT ... I lost my phone , called US Cellular, had them shut my phone off, reported it stolen instead of lost .... ooops ! I lost it in Walmart , it could not be found , customer service did not ever have one turned in the next morning ....so I'm sure by then it was stolen , but since my " lost" story did not line up with the "claim" words on claim was " stolen" story I was told they couldn't help me ,I had to go on trip #2 n redo everything , and it's not processed... read more
You need someone to take care of quick retail purchases and accept payments! Shouldn't have to wait for 8 people to get a phone activated before you can buy a charger or phone case or pay your bill. How hard is it?
You folks should make it easier for folks to spend their money.I walked into your store,was told to sign in and take a seat,so I just turned around and walked out.
