I have tried out other prepaid companies off and on to see what kind of service I can get in the past and I had to come back to us cellular here in ottumwa Iowa yes I'm setting on my couch with 4 bars ! The other companies 1 to 2 if that very poor and I could hardly use my phone at home here in town! Thank you us cellular for the great service! Keep up the great work!!
You will be inside with agents for EVER doing things that should take 5 minutes. HUGE lack of transparency from staff. Rude management. Don't waste your time or money. Go elsewhere.
The staff is very helpful and kind. The products are well made. The prices are fair. Great place to get a phone and phone service.
Anastasia was the lady that helped us upgrade 2 cell phones. Everything started off fine until I wouldn't upgrade our tier that our plan was on. Also said I didn't want the protection coverage. We didn't need the wall chargers. The further we got into the transaction the worse her attitude towards us got. Customer service is obviously not the job for her. She was helping another customer as we were talking to someone else about the phone trade of the other phones and she was just as rude to him. So it wasn't just us.
