Drove over due to Mom's phone not working. She got it updated and working.
Went in to get a line added to my current plan and was treated very poorly and when I asked for names/business cards I was treated even worse. I have never been treated that way there!!!! I have been a customer for over 7 years. And had great things to say until today. Service was the worst ever.
We went to the Ottumwa store and met Rose. She was very friendly, answered all our questions and explained the new phone. She was very knowledgeable in her work and job. I would rate her 10 out of 10.
The N Quincy store gets a 5 stars from me. The wait was long, but seeing as they are going through a lot of changes that should be expected. Once I got the help I needed the young lady working was quick, informational, and patient with me even though I watched her get yelled at by an upset customer right before me. Shows professionalism. Stopped at the other T-Mobile store before hand to see offers and the staff seemed very unprofessional and didn’t have much people in the store.
