Terrible with customers. They don't even try to help you when you come in to either ask questions about a phone or literally anything. There is literally no reason to even have a store if you can't even have someone there to help you. Would rather drive to a different town then to ever go back there. Idk who is the manager or who owns it there but they definitely need to get better employees that actually like to help ppl or work period.
Called the Ottumwa store and spoke to Aaron. I was trying to ask questions about a plan that I am on that my papa was primary on but he recently pasted away. I don’t talk to the secondary on the account and she (Aaron) said well I’m going to need a death certificate and and secoundary to come in and sign papers. And I asked her (Aaron) if there was anything else I could do or what I could do and she said all I could do was get the secondary person to bring in a death certificate very rudely and I again told her that I didn’t... read more
