I don't normally leave reviews, but I have to give a shout-out to one individual who helped me earlier this month. I believe he’s in his late 40s or early 50s, and I think his name was either Kerry or Jerry Cramdrink. He was the sweetest man. I needed to upgrade my phone but was hesitant to do so because I was having so many connectivity issues. I visited the US Cellular store in Tulsa Hills and J.D. helped me. He did an OUTSTANDING job !!! He was so cool and helped me upgrade my phone and gave me some helpful information to make adjustments to my settings. I no longer have an issue with spotty coverage. He was patient and spent lots of time answering all of my questions. Please go see J.D. at the store in Tulsa Hills, he will take great care of you!!!

Man, Jerry hooked me the fudge UP!!! 🔥 GREAT pricing and customer service. We ran into technical issues but it was not their fault, it was a system glitch and he has it fixed in 5 minutes. I also made out like a bandit with their promos going on with accessories. Yes you still have to pay taxes, but these plans and phones are beautiful. Financially and physically to the look! Thanks again JERRY at tulsa hills!!!!!
