We have been visiting this store for all of our phone needs since we moved and each time we come in we are seen promptly and their customer service is top notch! Emily has helped us each time and is just the best. She is very knowledgeable and is always looking out for our interests and making sure we leave satisfied. I don't normally leave reviews, but I have to give a shout-out to one individual who helped me earlier this month. I believe he’s in his late 40s or early 50s, and I think his name was either Kerry or Jerry Cramdrink. He was the sweetest man. I stopped by to ask about starting a new line, and he answered all of my questions thoroughly. I genuinely felt a connection with him that day and I’m not talking about phones! I needed to upgrade my phone but was hesitant to do so because I was having so many connectivity issues. I visited the US Cellular store in Tulsa Hills and J.D. helped me. He did an OUTSTANDING job !!! He was so cool and helped me upgrade my phone and gave me some helpful information to make adjustments to my settings. I no longer have an issue with spotty coverage. He was patient and spent lots of time answering all of my questions. Please go see J.D. at the store in Tulsa Hills, he will take great care of you!!!
