Always find what I need...owners not helpful but the young ladies at the Registers always are nice and helpful
This company is very unprofessional and the staff is extremely RUDE!!! They harass their loyal customers to take down unpleasant reviews.
Went in with my stylist and witnessed him ask her that if she likes shopping there to have a review (made by her daughter) taken down. She explained their side of the issue however no apology or future discount was rendered in the exchange. But then I get on here and see other negative reviews. Has he asked the rest of you to take yours down? I personally haven't had any issues with this store and thought it was pretty nice, but this was unprofessional and not a good look. Me and my mom visited and the girl in the front was very rude she was cussing and all types of rudeness and then took it out on the other customers behind us aswell and my moms a hairstylist she styles hair and she shops a lot for this store the cashiers didn’t wanna help her get the hair out of the locked cage an even blamed her when they grabbed the wrong product then tried to deny her service like the cashier wasn’t the one in the wrong customer service here is horrible.
