Horrible customer service, takes forever to get a simple check cashed. Save time and go to a different branch.
I went into this location the other day to deposit money into my checking account, and left getting a credit card through US Bank. Venus was so informative and helpful through this process of getting my balance of another credit card transferred over to my new US Bank credit card. Thank you so much for your help Venus!
If I could give 0 Stars I would. Branch screwed up A deposit. It was in my bank and then they pulled it out. Causing $3,000 in overdraft fees. 100% the branch's fault. And they can't do anything to reverse it in time. Although Victor tried to help me out, he couldn't. Not only will I be leaving US Bank but they will be paying me back all overdraft fees And return check fees. Worst Bank ever.
Only 2 people work here for the past couple years, every time I come it’s 30-45 min to get through a line of 3 people. It shouldn’t take my entire lunch to make a deposit.
We recently encouraged my 18yr old to open a checking and savings account with US bank as we have had such good experiences at the branch in Lakewood. She accompanied her grandfather to the bank in order to consolidate previous student accounts and was assisted by senior banker Vick Espinoza who was not only unprofessional but also blatantly rude to them.
