The bank credited a payment of $720000 as $720. I had to stop payment and provide a new cashiers check to pay down a mortgage. They placed the deposit in a suspense account. When I complained they corrected and then one day later reversed the transaction. They don’t care about their customers and I am paying interest because they have no clue about basic banking. Each time I’m told it will take many days to research a basic deposit. The level of incompetence is concerning and I am being harmed financially

This is the most incompetent branch and because of their deficiencies in pulled all my business and personal accounts and switched back to Chase. I spend 45 min 2 days ago to complete a wire transfer that was never processed and this is the 2nd time they couldn’t complete a wire transfer me. Don’t waste your time doing business with US Bank and go to Chase or any other bank.
