Our account was hacked and we had to go through the pain of closing ALL of our accounts and reopening new ones. Marisol was extremely sympathetic of the situation, worked with me for a couple of hours to get everything handled and got us squared away.
The bank credited a payment of $720000 as $720. I had to stop payment and provide a new cashiers check to pay down a mortgage. They placed the deposit in a suspense account. When I complained they corrected and then one day later reversed the transaction. They don’t care about their customers and I am paying interest because they have no clue about basic banking. Each time I’m told it will take many days to research a basic deposit. The level of incompetence is concerning and I am being harmed financially
Got a surprise call from Nathan this morning to discuss savings and CD options. He gave me a lot of useful information. I really appreciate him letting me know my options and no pressure to commit to anything today, just a lot of good info. Thanks Nathan.
