Deposited a check through the drive through lane. Waited over 15 minutes, pathetic customer service. Staff need to be retrained and/or replaced.
I have been banking here for 30 years (since the Colorado National Bank era) and hold both personal and business accounts as a Private Banking client. Unfortunately, the service has completely deteriorated. Branch staff consistently display a cold, "don't bother me" attitude. On my recent visit to remove my name from joint accounts with my children, the staff flat-out lied and said it was impossible—despite me having done this exact procedure on other accounts previously. 2 tellers, one in training and very polite workers. Unfortunately, the restroom was not easy to access.
I'm a new member and my very first interaction with the bank locked me out of my account. I spent 30 min trying to get in and then calling customer service. No amount of offering to answer any security questions would allow me into my account for at least the next 48 hrs. This is unacceptable. Don't bank with them is my advice.
