Do not get a mortgage loan with this company! We were the victims of a fire in 2015. Our insurance paid the mortgage company for damages. We have complied with all the paperwork, inspections etc with the final inspector stating 100% complete. We had to pay out of our pocket for repairs and US Bank would reimburse. We have not seen that after over a year, multiple phone calls, faxes and more paperwork. They are rude and incompetent. Every time we call they need something else. Scam!
