2 stars. We’ve banked here for years but lately its been a real let down and I’m just tired of it. The wait times are getting ridiculous, I stood there for almost 15 minutes while three tellers stood around chatting and couldnt even bother to look up and acknowledge anyone in line wich is just basic customer service stuff. One of my accounts showed a seperate charge that made no sense, I think was just a system glitch but they acted like I was misreading the screen and didnt even try to appologize for the confusion. Called in about an issue with my card and talked to a very kind lady. She was very informative and was able to resolve the issue very quickly and also went above and beyond helping me out with some specifics I wanted with my new card. Very friendly, great customer service.
