Came to this branch and waited in line for 10-15 minutes before being called to a desk by Wendy. I asked for some help with notary services and she said, "First I need to help everyone else in line, then I have to send all the employees on their lunch breaks. I can have you come back this afternoon." - Really, US Bank? Is this how you treat your long time customers? Is my time waiting in line not as valuable as everyone else's? Does taking the 10 minutes to notarize my document really affect your employee's lunch schedule?
Unbelievable service at this branch. Wendy and the team go out of their way to make banking in person a lot easier than I ever imagined. I know going to the bank is never something any of us want to do but they sure make that an enjoyable experience!
DO NOT BANK HERE!!! Jason Mitman was extremely rude to me until he saw how much money I was holding in my bank account and then all of a sudden the story changed. He wouldn’t allow me to deposit change from my daughter’s piggy bank account. He said they don’t do that type of service here and after he saw how much money I held in the bank all of a sudden he completed that transaction for me.
