You get 2 stars because my experience when it comes to normal transactions like cashing a check have been nice and friendly but my experience after getting all mine and my partners money stolen has not been. The experience has been extremely hard and the manager from this specific location has been unprofessional and horrible. My partner's bank account got hacked into they where able to change his password and because he's a co-owner of my account whoever did it took my money as well which combined was a little over $2k, my ... read more

I am a long time customer of the US Bank in Lynden, WA. I went to the branch for a $20,000 personal loan for which I was immediately approved based on my excellent credit score, large amount balance and long term history as a customer. I was told all that I needed to do to provide them with my disability award letter. I provided the information along with a second award letter from my workers compensation settlement which I receive monthly.
