I always have a good experience here. The staff is friendly and they usually have my banking needs sorted out quickly. Plus, the drive-thru is super convenient!
I want to give props to Adrian for being very professional at what he does I witness a client being very rude to him and it’s not okay how she was yelling at him and no one help him with this complicated client unbelievable this lady rude !!! I always come here and when he helps me he’s very professional and friendly !!! Just wanted to come here and give Adrian hands down recognition to him for all his professionalism!!
I went yesterday to talk to someone about my account, and the lady didn't even know what she was talking about. I kept on asking her questions and she kept on saying I DONT KNOW. so I does decided to go to another USA Bank. This US Bank in national City has employees that shouldn't even be working there if they don't know there job
