I went yesterday to talk to someone about my account, and the lady didn't even know what she was talking about. I kept on asking her questions and she kept on saying I DONT KNOW. so I does decided to go to another USA Bank. This US Bank in national City has employees that shouldn't even be working there if they don't know there job
Normally I'm in and out when I go in a US Bank branch. Today, not the case. Waited at least ten minutes to be called by a teller. Then they were very slow in assisting with my transaction.
Nice and clean...customer service excellent.
Met the manager and crew all very informative friendly and want to help the community. They have several products for local businesses owners check them out
