This is the worst bank I've ever had, they can't cash my bonds until I've been established for 5 years. My specific branch isn't open on the weekendS so I had to come to this location and the service is just as poor here, if not a little worse. The teller couldn't answer any of my questions and had 2 keep deferring to someone else for answers. They couldn't even close my account until Monday lol, what a joke. Bank elsewhere, us bank is a joke.
This US Bank is blurring the line between “legal” and “acceptable” policies. The woman proudly refused to cash a check, issued by one this branches most lucrative and good standing customers to ever open an account here(I’m not street scum either, had they cared to check). Horrible bank, go to a credit union. How can you charge a $7 fee to cash a check written from your institution. Edit in response: You should educate your staff as they had intended to charge me $7 to cash a $20 check.
