‘I have cash and would like to make a deposit into somebody else’s account’. Sorry, you don’t have an account here. We can’t take your cash? What? I had to leave, go back to my bank. Deposit my money and do it all online. So stupid.
Terrible customer service
I am writing this rating for the staff. Every person who works here is kind including the security guard. Even if you come to them with a stressful or annoying problem that isn’t able to be fixed, they are kind in demeanor and these days I really appreciate seeing that. Keep the kindness up it is needed.
