Catherine was fantastic to work with. Glad to have found a good bank around here!
Literally no one was in the lobby and the teller was lazy and unhelpful. Every other location I have been to I have never had a problem ( DTLB, Naples, a couple in some grocery stores, the one on Valley View) but this one I would not recommend.
Catherine went out of her way to help me today. Very polite and welcoming.
