Disappointed that you need an appt to speak with anyone. Even the appt is done through your phone. Kind of impersonal. And it isn't a 15-20 minute wait for service, it's 2-3 hours. Not user friendly!

Literally no one was in the lobby and the teller was lazy and unhelpful. Every other location I have been to I have never had a problem ( DTLB, Naples, a couple in some grocery stores, the one on Valley View) but this one I would not recommend.
