Literally no one was in the lobby and the teller was lazy and unhelpful. Every other location I have been to I have never had a problem ( DTLB, Naples, a couple in some grocery stores, the one on Valley View) but this one I would not recommend.
Catherine went out of her way to help me today. Very polite and welcoming.
This is the best bank I have ever interacted with except for one person who wanted to charge me $8 a month for copies of my bank account going back about 8 months. I just went to the branch in Cypress, made the same request and there was no mention at all of a charge for the copies!! I like the location of the bank on Pine Street in Los Alamitos There's a Starbucks right across the street that is good for free wifi. This khasbee
