I had a wonderful experience here at the US Bank branch. I sat down at one of the chairs in the lobby & was immediately greeted by a polite & friendly man asking if I had any questions. I had an appointment with Laura A. for help on my bank accounts & she made the process very smooth. She is kind, polite, attentive & answered all of my questions without rushing me!
