The woman I spoke with on the phone was extremely condescending and kept repeating herself as if I didn’t understand what she was saying. It took going around the same conversation 4 times for her to understand what I was saying to which she was still just as rude as the beginning of the call. Best part, my problem was not solved
You need to talk to your staff. They’re not very friendly and they seem to gather together and talk about things other than banking when you have customers in line very unprofessional I walked in. Nobody was there and I thought I could just walk up to a window since there was three people at each window with no closed sign. No one greeted me. This branch is always friendly and ready to help you with your banking needs. I have never had any problems with them. Thank you.
