I had a wonderful experience here at the US Bank branch. I sat down at one of the chairs in the lobby & was immediately greeted by a polite & friendly man asking if I had any questions. I had an appointment with Laura A. for help on my bank accounts & she made the process very smooth. She is kind, polite, attentive & answered all of my questions without rushing me! Just walked out of there and I cannot wait to post this,,,Thank you soooo much!!! Laura is the lady to see if you’ve got an issue to resolve. I was just about in tears trying to balance my checkbook. Yes I still do that…well for my mom anyway within 5 minutes or less Lsura took care of it and resolved my problem. Bonus is that everyone one in this branch is just as wonderful as Laura.
