Great service
I no longer bank with US Bank, and this branch is a big reason why. In my experience, the customer service has been consistently rude and unwelcoming. The employee with the hand tattoos, one appears to say “Bella” has always come across as passive aggressive and dismissive during my visits. Customers shouldn’t feel like a burden for asking for help. Glad I took my business elsewhere.
The woman I spoke with on the phone was extremely condescending and kept repeating herself as if I didn’t understand what she was saying. It took going around the same conversation 4 times for her to understand what I was saying to which she was still just as rude as the beginning of the call. Best part, my problem was not solved
You need to talk to your staff. They’re not very friendly and they seem to gather together and talk about things other than banking when you have customers in line very unprofessional I walked in. Nobody was there and I thought I could just walk up to a window since there was three people at each window with no closed sign. No one greeted me.
