All the staff were extremely helpful and very patient! They helped me with everything I came for and more!
I was in the neighborhood today and needed to change a couple hundred dollar bills for my uncle. A young man helped me after I walked in. I told him straight up that I'm not a US Bank customer but asked if he can still change it for me. He said he'll make an exception for me, which I was super grateful for because that saved me from having to drive another 2 miles to FirstBank.
