I'm sitting in the drive up at Branch on Helmo on Oakdale waiting for a teller. Someone came to the speaker and said the two tellers are busy. Normally when this happens a manager will take care of customers too.🤷 It's been 7 minutes and no one yet. They don't answer their phone either during business hours. 8 minutes in, girl came back to tell me tellers are still busy. Hey US Bank, get more people!
Lydia was professional and knowledgeable. She answered questions, gave me options and let me make my own choice. Unlike another bank, I was not told that my husband should come in to open the account with me.
I go through the drive-thru and their ATM doesn't have any money. Then I go inside and they don't even have an ATM inside. What kind of a bootleg bank is this? And apparently this no money in the ATM issue has been going on for quite a while and they still haven't resolved it. This is a bank, you are supposed to have money in an atm!
