The two gentlemen were very nice but told me a Computer and Systems problem was the reason when the simple request to open a savings account took over 45 minutes. At end of the request to open the account, the customer service rep said I MYSELF would have to transfer the funds out of my checking account in a day. I just wanted for the funds I had in hand to end up in my new savings account right then but that didn’t happen. They do not answer the phone.
Not pleased with them. Ordered currency online, couldn't get ahold of anyone when I tried calling the branch. Now I'm two days out from my trip and they are telling me I never ordered any and there is nothing they can do. "Just pay up at the airport". Goes to show what being a customer for nearly 20 years gets you.

Avoid USbank Cherry Creek branch at all costs. They committed forgery and credit card fraud against me and violated the fair credit act by pulling my credit and signing me up for a credit card without my knowledge or consent. Their resolution was to close my account which then hurt my credit even more, after that I was told there is nothing more they could do to remedy the credit card fraud they committed against me.
