Excellent Customer Service I had problems in the past with another bank. I went grocery shopping and a gentleman asked if I am finding everything I am looking for. The gentleman assisted me in finding what I was looking for and I thanked him and asked for his name. I was surprised that the gentleman was actually from US BANK and he was only being helpful while taking a break. He asked later whom I bank with and I told him my situation and he told me how US BANK gives 2nd chances. He got me a checking account, savings account... read more

VERY HELPFUL I had issues with a past checking account that was supposidly in check systems and been turned down by other banks for a checking account... I was in Vons in santee and saw their sign saying that it wasn't a problem if you were in check systems... so I asked questions, ended up leaving with a new account (which I love) and got to pick a pretty purple card with a flower on it rather than getting the same card that everyone at that bank has... and I'm super happy with them... definitely reconmend that people go in... read more
