I mobile deposited a check to my 6 month old Biz Acct and they held the funds for 7 business days. Customer Support wouldn’t help and they wouldn’t help at the branch. They told me I shouldn’t have mobile deposited it. The Funds were drawn on a check from Chase Bank. I have never in my 5 decades of banking in the US ever had a check held for 7 business days. They almost treat you like family here. Great customer service. Adrian is very patient and helpful.
This branch is fast, friendly and clean. There is always parking and I have newer had to wait long. The employees are friendly and quick. This bank is the best bank around.
The branch manager gave me inaccurate information on Domestic wire transfers, and today when I attempted to receive help from the same manager she snubbed me and was not assisting her clients in a timely manner. I’ve received good service from everyone at this branch aside from the poorly performing manager. I feel she needs to be retrained in customer service and understand that for every domestic wire sent- US Bank uses an out of state address and zip code.
