This branch is fast, friendly and clean. There is always parking and I have newer had to wait long. The employees are friendly and quick. This bank is the best bank around.
The branch manager gave me inaccurate information on Domestic wire transfers, and today when I attempted to receive help from the same manager she snubbed me and was not assisting her clients in a timely manner. I’ve received good service from everyone at this branch aside from the poorly performing manager. I feel she needs to be retrained in customer service and understand that for every domestic wire sent- US Bank uses an out of state address and zip code.

The worst customer service ever...cannot get into my account by laptop or mobile application and, so far, I have been on hold for 15 minutes. Last time I'm dealing with them.
I have had a Ralph's credit card with U.S. Bank for years but not by choosing this bank (as I pulled my accounts years earlier when a banker lied to me about bank policy on releasing partial funds on client insurance drafts deposited into my Attorney Client Trust Account.
