There is no parking close. Knowing it is on campus, I was expecting there to at least have curb parking but that was a negative. All the curbs were painted red. 🫤
I was helped by Nirvana today she was absolutely lovely. Very informative and quick to help with any concerns. I was also later emailed and she was very quick to email back. Side note the system for the wait is a bit weird, I joined the wait list via QR code and it said 5 hour wait but after some concern I asked someone and they said it would only be 20 minutes. (QR code is just to help with order of wait list not for actual wait time)

Edna and George are great, but they still can't help me. They've spent hours on this. We have 19,000 State Farm agents across the country and most of them have US Bank for premium fund accounts. All of a sudden you're bouncing all my checks from clients who make checks payable to State Farm insurance. No alert. No messaging. No reason why you're doing this. Terrible service from corporate.
