Not impressed with the customer service here. It’s always disappointing—they’re short with you and rude. I drive further away from home to go to the Brentwood location because I always have better service there.
This place is terrible. They are ridiculous. The branch manager is awful! I tried to send a wire to my management company to oversee renovations for a property I own. The branched then called me later to state that they needed supporting documents to send my wire, specifically my contract showing my scope of work. Who asks for that!? Horrible customer service. do not go to this location.
Ridiculously slow service. Unbelievable, truly. I was second person in line and waited 20 minutes for what took one minute once I finally got a chance. I have complained about US Bank for years and will be moving my accounts next week. Enough already.
I deposited funds into the ATM at this location then the ATM shuts down spits my card out and goes through some type of restart cycle. The bank can’t help me because their ATM is serviced through a third party. So I’m stuck waiting for some response, no one seems to care because it’s my money and not theirs. This branch deserves - stars.
