This place is terrible. They are ridiculous. The branch manager is awful! I tried to send a wire to my management company to oversee renovations for a property I own. The branched then called me later to state that they needed supporting documents to send my wire, specifically my contract showing my scope of work. Who asks for that!? I told the branch manager that seemed exceedingly invasive. I asked her where to send my documentation. Horrible customer service. do not go to this location.
Ridiculously slow service. Unbelievable, truly. I was second person in line and waited 20 minutes for what took one minute once I finally got a chance. I have complained about US Bank for years and will be moving my accounts next week. Enough already.
I deposited funds into the ATM at this location then the ATM shuts down spits my card out and goes through some type of restart cycle. The bank can’t help me because their ATM is serviced through a third party. So I’m stuck waiting for some response, no one seems to care because it’s my money and not theirs. This branch deserves - stars.
I opened an account via the app and ended up not using it. So I stopped by to delete it. No big deal right? Wanessa Alan did so much more for me than that! I walked out of there with knowledge about my finances and credit score I didn't even know I needed. My score is on the rise, I have more available credit than I'll ever need, and I'm even saving money on my car insurance. She actually cares about people's finances and genuinely wants to help.
