Dont use their atms, last 3 times the machine has frozen and kept my card. Ive then had to go into the bank and have the bank teller get it out and act like its my problem.
Everyone is helpful and knowledgeable.
Not impressed with the customer service here. It’s always disappointing—they’re short with you and rude. I drive further away from home to go to the Brentwood location because I always have better service there.
This place is terrible. They are ridiculous. The branch manager is awful! I tried to send a wire to my management company to oversee renovations for a property I own. The branched then called me later to state that they needed supporting documents to send my wire, specifically my contract showing my scope of work. Who asks for that!? I told the branch manager that seemed exceedingly invasive. I asked her where to send my documentation.
