All we needed to do was add my name to my father’s account so I could help him monitor it since he is elderly. He didn’t think to make an appointment and, like he has done for years, simply walked in. After waiting for over 1 hour and 15 minutes, I asked an employee how much longer it might take to get help. Worst bank every don’t got
Constant staff turnover and they seem to have worsened over time. Today they were closed at 440p and staff inside just looked at me, standing outside the door. On top of that, it was a months long battle to get them to honor my power of attorney for an ill family member. Don't bother with this bank if you can.
The culture in this bank has changed completely all the tellers working are extremely helpful and the new branch manager really cares about helping the customers ! I’m so happy my local bank is reliable.
