Constant staff turnover and they seem to have worsened over time. Today they were closed at 440p and staff inside just looked at me, standing outside the door. On top of that, it was a months long battle to get them to honor my power of attorney for an ill family member. Don't bother with this bank if you can.
The culture in this bank has changed completely all the tellers working are extremely helpful and the new branch manager really cares about helping the customers ! I’m so happy my local bank is reliable.
