This location withdrew money from my account without proper verification and the manager failed to follow up once I requested a call. This was the last straw with my bank of 15 years. US Bank has been disappointing and this branch is no different.
All we needed to do was add my name to my father’s account so I could help him monitor it since he is elderly. He didn’t think to make an appointment and, like he has done for years, simply walked in. After waiting for over 1 hour and 15 minutes, I asked an employee how much longer it might take to get help. He wasn’t with a customer at that moment, but when I politely asked, he casually said “I don’t know” and walked away.
