Terrible customer service. Drove 25 mins in traffic to make it on time while they are still open after my work - they don’t care! The banker was still in and just got of the phone, so she was no longer busy, but the clerk told us that we should try another location! Didn’t even apologize or explain the reason It’s 5:47pm and it’s stated to be open until 7pm. Well, I am using another bank then
