worst customer service center ever by phone. The female banker at Murfreesboro rd branch is great but unless yoiu have her direct number forget getting ANY help by calling ANY number. You'll get rerouted constantly and no resolve. Looking for a more personal bank
Closed for renovation and ATM out of order too!! They have closed several i hope this is not the next one....
Always a very welcoming and friendly atmosphere! I usually go to this location and they always get the work done very quickly. They never disappoint. When I was a kid I came here with my parents and they were always extremely nice and gave out candy. Would recommend this location to anyone who branches at US Bank and around the Franklin location.
