This branch has rejected a checking account promo bonus with easily debunked excuses and refuses to respond to emails and phone calls. I have been given the run-around and advised they just need approval from the branch manager, but the branch manager is not available for weeks. Various excuses, such as, "in a meeting" or "out sick" or "I just don't know where the manager is" for weeks. Sometimes just left on hold for 15 minutes and then disconnected. I have two bad experiences with this bank ATM. Both are when I make a deposit, fist time I deposit 1500 and the ATM machine shows a error message. I call customer service they said that take 10 business day but they take more than 3 weeks. 2 time same experience I deposit 1300 and the ticket shows error and now I need to wait again. I don't recommend this ATM for deposits. My experience always go to inside
My very first time at a U.S. Bank and I left as a new customer. Rebecca/Becca is super sweet.. fast, efficient, knowledgeable and super courteous... you can tell she genuinely cares about customers.. I used to bank at Bank of America and never ever felt as good as I did walking out of U.S Bank. Thanks Becca you're awesome!
I tried to cash my check from this bank and they were rude the whole time a women named nan and Rebecca were laughing at me for wanting to cash my check… super unprofessional. Also the manager did nothing about their attitude and he was just letting them act the way they were.
Very closed to home and it’s next to the mall! Good customer service
