I recently moved in with family and don't have a vehicle. I was informed that I must have a utility bill or a vehicle policy to prove my identity. I have all my personal documents including numerous pieces of mail proving my identity and address, but I don't have the utilities in my name. Apparently you aren't allowed to live with relatives and have your own bank account here.
I have the best time @ Los alamitos branch! The staff there is always so helpful and friendly- they remember your name and greet you with a smile! Also I love that there is little to no wait!! Been banking there for business for over 10 years!
