Great customer service
I tried to open CD account for my small business but the staff said I could only open personal CD account. Then he opened a personal CD account with different terms (lower APR)! In addition he open another loan account without my permission! I had not received any bank documents since then, not even knowing the account number! Will never do business with this branch.
