I was trying to convert some cash to euros. I made a call to make sure I could do it without a membership. Guy on the phone told me I didn't need one only for me to drive 30 minutes to get turned away. Extremely unprofessional, complete waste of time, I will be praying on your downfall
The ATM wouldn't take my cash deposit. I tried over & over & over & over until someone pulled up & I had to move along. Not cool, seeing as I really needed to get the money deposited. When I go thru the drive thru the bankers are usually nice. But slow. So, so slow. You can plan an event for the time it takes to get thru the drive thru. Lastly they're closed half the time I try and go. Not fun to deal with.
It's big...very many branches in the midwest. So, pack your patience and hope for the best.
