Totally disappointed with staff
U S Bank-Manteca Branch - Open at 9:00 No one was ready to help customers. One female clerk never looked up to say anything about I will be with you. Just doing something behind the counter totally ignoring the customer. Then the same (Clerk answered the phone! still no response no looking no helping.!! Very disappointed and frustrated. Only Nice Clerk helping everyone.. Unfortunately this U S Bank Was not Organized to Serve Customers..
I’m extremely disappointed with U.S. Bank and the way they handled my business account. The bank put a levy on my account without any valid reason and held my money even though the levy clearly belonged to a completely different business with a different EIN number. Because of their mistake, my business operations came to a stop — I couldn’t run payroll, pay taxes, or keep up with regular payments. Quiet setting in a community. Well lit at night
Worst customer service ever I open up account it takes a whole month before they can even send you your card they take your money and they play with it they keep giving you the run-around and then they tell you when you're closing the account that they're going to give you a cashier's check that's going to screw you up for another whole month worst bank service ever
