Vanessa, Gina, and Chinh were helpful answering my questions and setting up my nonprofit bank account. They made it very easy for me over the phone and helpful when I met with them inside the branch to finish the process.
I recently went to US Bank on West Belleview to request 12 months of statements that I needed for some financials. The first question Gina asked me is what do I need them for, not I would be happy to help you. She was very rude and didn’t want to help. She told me that they charge $72 to print out my statements. I went to two other banks where I have accounts BMO and Chase and they both printed out 12 months of statements for multiple accounts without charging me and we’re happy to help with good attitude. The bankers were nice. There was a little wait but someone finally came over when they were done with another customer. This branch is setup differently. Best to setup an appointment if your business requires more handling/paperwork.
