ATM doesn’t dispense cash. Not reliable.
This branch is truly an example of total and complete incompetence. From their inability to properly transcribe account information for a 7 figure transfer, to telling me they were unable to open a business account for me after 4 hours...because they used half of my social security number and half of my phone number. Avoid this place like the plague, everyone from the younger in career, to the senior banker with 30 years experience is just woefully pathetic.
I needed a quick cash withdrawal for an impending appointment. It was Saturday AM. I could not get the ATM at this and one other US Bank location to work. This branch was not only conveniently located en route to my destination, it was open to transact business on Saturday, and I was able to perform my transaction at the drive-up with a live teller. Perfect timing and execution, in lieu of the ATM. The teller was expedient and efficient. Would definitely use this facility again. Hope it remains here with all the other constr... read more
