This bank is a scam. Do not bring you actual business here they will make a killing off of you in overdraft chargers. They only care about big business. They don’t care about the small business.
My debit card broke. Went in to try and replace it, was told by fraud agent I could go into any location and they could get me a new one on the spot. Went into branch, was not told in any clear way how that was going to happen but that she was happy to issue me a temporary card in the meantime. She then told me to open my app and do it myself.
