Ernesto is the rudest employee I've ever encountered in my life. I'm closing my account and will never do business with US Bank again. Terrible, he tries to treat people like they're stupid or like he doesn't have time for them when it's his job to manage the entire bank. Sad
The male banker working here literally 10 minutes ago wouldn’t stop prying into my daily business, and wouldn’t stop asking about what I’m doing with my change! Very rude staff here. On a side note, I’m strongly looking into ending my account here. The staff at many US bank locations has gotten rude and pushy in regards to sales, and I’m really getting sick and tired of getting hassled any time I’m trying to get change for the laundry mat or anything else in need of small bills.
