Female teller at the Franklin branch is condescending and just plain rude. From the moment she informed me of a $7.00 fee for cashing a check without an account with US Bank. Basically, chastising me for having the audicity to want the money I earned. The second interaction was as disappointing as the first when I came in to cash a check drawn from US Bank. The shorter old woman with curly hair cannot figure out what customer service is. She carries a lot of entitlement and likes to brag about how much money her kids make
