I have been working with Travis, manager of the main St George branch for over 30 years. He has been over the top professional, helpful and extremely knowledgeable in all my banking needs. He gets 10 stars from me.
We bank at the St George, Utah branch and we use the drive-up. Everyone of the tellers that have taken our transactions over the last 4 years are NOT personable at all. They make us feel like we are imposing on them. NOT friendly at all. They definitely don't represent the bank in a positive way. The other issue is that there is only one branch in St George and it would be nice to have an option for our banking needs. Seriously thinking of moving our money to another bank.
I am a business owner, and have both business accounts and personal accounts with US Bank. I took my child in (who is POC, I am not) to open an account. The woman asked for my social security number and then demanded my child, now 18, give their ITIN. The reason for the one star review is because my girlfriend and I took her Grandpa (who’s on disability) to deposit his check. When giving her the check she did not ask which account he wanted the check to be deposited in. This was the first mistake, once the deposit was finished he asked to take cash out and to make sure the check was in the savings. My girlfriend translating for him relayed to Amy the request and she rudely said “Oh my gosh I’m going to have to cancel the transaction and do it all over again!” This kind of... read more
