I have to echo Cesar Garcia's review here on Google from two months ago regarding a teller named Amy Dresselhaus, the bank's "Client Relationship Consultant". One star removed because of Amy and her hideous attitude. Three months go I went inside the bank to simply get a cashier's check, and Amy was the teller who I dealt with. I have been working with Travis, manager of the main St George branch for over 30 years. He has been over the top professional, helpful and extremely knowledgeable in all my banking needs. He gets 10 stars from me.
We bank at the St George, Utah branch and we use the drive-up. Everyone of the tellers that have taken our transactions over the last 4 years are NOT personable at all. They make us feel like we are imposing on them. NOT friendly at all. They definitely don't represent the bank in a positive way. The other issue is that there is only one branch in St George and it would be nice to have an option for our banking needs. Seriously thinking of moving our money to another bank.
