I use U.S. Bank as my main bank after switching from Hapo and I'm impressed with the availability of online services that are much better than most banks. However, the bank itself is sometimes slow and sometimes your favorite bank worker is not there which sucks. Either way, the staff is super friendly and helpful! Alex Wallet is my favorite worker as he helped me setup a checkings account that would reward me extra money for keeping a certain balance.
