Quick, easy, friendly
Awful. They do not operate within their terms and conditions. Their terms and conditions state that a stale-dated check is over 6 months old, they refuse to cash checks that are over 60 days old. They refuse to submit this payroll check for payment, and refuse to return this monetary instrument to me so I can have it cashed at another bank.

Come to find out this bank illegally filed paper work in 2008 and put their name as property owner on our property we have been paying a mortgage on to Chase Mortgage since 1998. We have contacted our attorney to file a quick claim deed to get our name back on our property and we are looking into a law suit for this bank fraudulently posting onto our deed. Please do not do business with such a crooked bank as this!!!
