Went into the bank to make a withdrawal, never been questioned so much in my life over a withdrawal. Isn't it customary and expected to have a bank hold your money and withdraw when you need cash for things? The teller kept asking why I wanted all 20s as if its suspicious to simply request smaller bills. I have autopay enrolled and they gave me a late fee because they never withdrew the money. Its nearly impossoble to get a hold of an actual human on the phone and when you do they can never help you with anything. Their automated system is complete trash.
BRANCH MANAGER INSULTED MY DISABLED MOTHER OVER A CASH DEPOSIT. My mother, who lives with a disability and has trouble getting around most days, went to this branch to make a cash deposit. She said she couldn’t use the drive-up lanes because they were crowded (a common occurrence), so she went inside. She’s had an account there for 24 years, but the teller flagged her cash deposit as “suspicious,” and told her she needed to show a photo ID to make the deposit.
