These guys charged me \$5.00 to cash a check that was written through them. Does that make any sense? Teller was very rude and disrespectful as well.
Rude customer service! Important details are left out by incompetent employees when you open an account. Then they charge you daily if the head boss is out of town because hes the only one with authority to fix a problem. But he doesnt call you back and just blows you off. Why did I ever open an account at this bank? Thanks for ruining my chance to attend school this semester. (long story but the bottom line is I cant get direct deposit through another bank because I cant open an account)
I have always found the employees to be most helpful and polite. Even when I have made some awful mistakes they have always been considerate and honest enough to tell me better options to help save me money.

EXTREMELY RUDE I called requesting to talk with a banker and they will not take any responsibity for THEIR mistakes on an account and very rude to customers. I was left in the lobby NO ACKNOWLEDGEMENT of my presence in the lobby of the bank! i could have been anyone and misleading statements and issues I am very sorry i opened this account this bank

I always recieve excellent customer service.Brandy is very knowledge in her field and if ever she has not known the answer she has worked quickly to find the right person with the right answer. Chris gives excellent customer service and always makes our small business feel like we are thier most important customer. This is a wonderful branch lead by wonderful people. I will go out of my way to use this branch.
i would rather have a root canal than have to go here. I am forced to because of my work. my teeth grind before i get to the parking lot
