The service in the drive through is VERY slow. I spend about 7-8 minutes every time I go through the drive through. One time I was in line for 16 minutes after the teller took my money to deposit. Very frustrating.
I speak from 23 years of experience with US Bank at this location. I have never dealt with anyone who was unprofessional or ill-mannered. We will continue to bank here with confidence.
I Agree with John and Mitchel, These people are rude and fake idiots. I write a check from this bank from my account to a friend of mine and they charged her \$7.00 to cash the check because she did not have an account with this bank. To say the least I closed this account! What Morons!

I use this branch several times a week with wonderful results. The drive through tellers are expedient, accurate, and friendly. They even know my dog by name. This is my favorite branch of US Bank.

Dont ever use US Bank, especially for your home mortgage. They added additional fees to my mortgage account for "flood insurance" on a house that was never in a flood zone...likely a sister company they get a kick back from. Then when I had to pay several hundred dollars of my own money to correct their mistake, they then kept all of the extra money I paid in for "escrow" purposes even though it was far beyond the legal requirements for my account. In a nutshell theyve stolen my money to earn interest for themselves.
Very rude lady at this bank, yells at customers because she is having a bad day.
