US bank apparently cannot open special needs trust accounts for disabled folks. Spent hours of my life in this branch setting up the account only for them to force me to close my account a month later. Feels like discrimination against disabled folks, slimy bank, take your business elsewhere.
Costumer service on this branch is excellent!, Trishia the manager and her team helped me personally. Also Joseph Laviolette great costumer service! No other Bank has been such efficient and effective like this one before!! Now this is my favorite bank!! Thanks!, Enrique G.R.
