Incompetent clerks, This is the only U.S. Bank in town that I’ve had issues with. They tell me they can’t do something and I literally will go down to another branch 5 to 10 minutes further and they will do what this bank told me they “cant” . Been a customer for 20 years and this specific Branch and their manager need to learn some common sense.
As always, whenever I need something that can't be done online or through an ATM, they also can't help. Not just this branch, but every US Bank. Closing my account of 25 years soon, because I might as well keep my money somewhere else that pays interest on checking if I'm not going to have any benefits of having a branch around.
