The best thing about this place is the tellers. The tellers are usually pretty friendly, but as some of the other posters said, there is often a line. To make it worse, they don’t have a public bathroom. After waiting in line and taking my money, you can at least have a restroom for banking customers.

The atm took my card and shut down. I went inside, acting a bit out of sorts because I didn't know what to do. The security guard promptly directed my to Angel. He was kind, he explained what would happen and directed me to Talia. She ordered a new card for me and gave me a temporary card. Talia was was extremely helpful, calm & also very kind. I felt 100% better when I left. I want to Thank them both for helping me through my situation.
Terrible service, I will never come back here. I tried to cash a check and they said they cant but all the other US banks did before. Told them to call the owner of the account and they refused to call him. The owner had to called in and talked to the maneger and they refused to listen to him. Now I'm going to be late on a payment and the owner of the account will be taking care of the late payment. Don't let it happen to you, open a account at a different bank.
