I had a bad customer service today the this location! I had to wait almost 2 hours to get to the window 9, then they told me they only take cash . I had to go get the cash. The woman who gave me the service gives me 15 mins to get the cash. Then when I’m getting the service she was not interested at all, when I say something her face expressions are so unprofessional. You should to better Denver Motor Vehicle. Aurora is way better then you guys I mean way better

On February 2, 2024, I went to get a haircut and attempted to pay with my US Bank credit card, which was declined. I then tried my US Bank debit card, and it was also declined. I had to use another card to complete the payment. After leaving the shop, I called US Bank customer service and was informed that all my accounts, including my credit card, were being closed. Terrible customer service. Tellers don’t seem trained to help customers, but choose to just recite regulations and rules. How about helping people get their needs met?
