Not a community bank here. The only bank that I have been to that will not give you change if you don’t have an account with them.
My husband applied to refinance our mortgage back in October and we still have not closed. He had all paperwork in within 2 weeks of the app. The DLS and the BM went on vacation and totally dropped the ball on his loan. He had to reapply 2 weeks ago, which means another hard inquiry on his credit. This is unacceptable and unfair. How is this okay. The DM needs to step in and investigate this situation. I used to be a CRC 3 and this is unheard of.
