Us bank has the dumbest policy's. Do not open a bank account with them. You will regret it almost anytime you ask them to do anything. And the best part about it is nobody knows what their policy's even are. So they will tell you one thing over the phone and in person and then when you try to do that thing they'll tell you that you cant. Just go with chime instead. Anytime I need something done im in and out within 5-10 minutes they are pretty fast and polite most of the time im in their is always waiting on others infront of me that takes longest if im first in line I can be in and out 2-3 minutes love this bank
