Excellent experience with staff at the front desk; however, I visited the branch recently to utilize the after hours ATM when I was harassed by a vagrant utilizing the after hours ATM room for his own purposes. Primarily begging for fresh cash while staying warm. Additionally, several gentlemen outside appeared to be operating their own illicit business on the sidewalk. Regardless of being after hours, you should probably consider looking into these issues...

Not a surprise this branch has many bad review. I had the worst experience with alisha with her rude attitude. Because of this I am switching banks, I can not believe this branch is apart of us bank with such inconsiderate staff.
I had a very bad experience with this branch. On November 27 2018 I checked my account online and saw that my available balance was -100.00 although it showed that I had funds of $259.00. I immediately contacted this branch and spoke with Jordon. He was very helpful and said he did not understand what was going on either but there appeared to be a hold on some of my funds. I ran to the bank and spoke with Stephanie Kreitnet. She stated numerous times that there was not a hold on my funds and that I had overdrawn my account. ... read more
