One of the worst banking experiences I've had with any bank. A banker missed an appointment with me that I scheduled days in advance; they added extra fees that did not apply, and it's almost impossible to speak to a live agent when calling. The bank doesn't seem to care about consumer or small business customers.
This bank bought out Union Bank and has been displaying incompetence from day one. They are unable to explain their policies.
Armando was a pleasure to work with- so helpful, efficient with our time. Very knowledgeable and willing to work to help his customers. EXCELLENT service!
