A couple of weeks ago I took my Nissan Rogue into the Nixa location for an oil change. Alex was working and he went above and beyond to make sure my car was done so I could make it to a doctor appointment on time! His customer service is excellent! He explained to me in layman's terms a problem with my transmission fluid and that a flush is needed soon. We cannot speak highly enough for Alex. He is a straight-shooter and honest. He took at look at our 2008 Toyota van when it was misfiring during Christmas break while we were visiting family. We needed to know it would be safe to drive our 5 kiddos home (we live 2.5 hours aways). Alex was open, honest, respectful, and kind while giving us exact options to repair the situation. Such a great experience! Alex was incredibly kind and helpful for our family as we experienced some van trouble. Would definitely recommend this establishment to anyone needing a trusty worth and reliable mechanic.
We drove down to Nixa to look at a used vehicle and brought it over to Alex to have it inspected. He performed the inspection at no cost and also went over the vehicle's maintenance history with us. His insight was greatly helpful in making our purchase decision, and I highly recommend bringing your vehicle to him.
Words can’t express my gratitude. We travelled up for the holidays to visit family. While here we found a car for my daughter. We decided before we buy it we wanted to get it checked out.
