Missed my delivery appointment by 2 hrs due to the weather and they didn’t get me until the next day so I had to wait for 22 hrs before they unloaded me. They had empty docks but didn’t get me in.
Unloaded in timely fashion good dock workers buy appointment only.. and You can park overnight
Company is hard if not impossible to setup as a distributor if you are a new company or have another business but want to utilize your own equipment to keep your fleet moving. Would definitely look elsewhere before wasting your time with usaf. Their reason was that I'm not a full time tire installer and don't have a commercial building for tires they would not setup an account for me. This facility is awesome. i believe they have overnight parking, not 100%sure. They took me in a day early. Very nice of them.
